We are looking for a
“Customs Senior Specialist”
who will be a good team member and willing to work at SunExpress, Antalya Apron.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in the related field (Business Administration, International Trade),
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in international trade or customs fields,
-
Very good command of written and spoken English (C1 will be preferred),
-
Knowledge of the European Zone customs legislation,
-
Knowledge of AEO /YYS) certification and audit requirements,
-
The experience of civil aviation customs clearance processes is preferred,
-
Knowledge of customs e-declaration processes and the subjects of working with Customs Directorates,
-
Good use of MS Office programs,
-
SAP E-Invoice knowledge is an asset,
-
Having strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, problem-solving, organizational, analytical thinking ability, and being open to innovation and improvement,
-
Ability to work with strict deadlines.
Job Description:
-
To complete the import and export processes of the aircraft with the relevant institutions in accordance with the agreement requirements,
-
Prepare for audits within the scope of AEO and complete customs clearance according to AEO (YYS) requirements,
-
Organizing export and import customs procedures,
-
To complete and comply with the applicable regulations and institutional procedures related to Customs Services,
-
To provide necessary coordination with buyer/seller, transporter, customers, banks, ports, warehouses, customs administrations, customs brokers, and supervisory firms,

Data entry and report preparation,
-
To ensure compliance of all import and export operations with foreign trade and customs legislation,
-
Follow current Customs regulations, implement and report the necessary procedural changes,
-
To prepare e-invoices and approve invoices from SAP.
