We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Customer Service Executive
to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting sales operations, managing customer interactions, and ensuring smooth order processing and delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and register customer LPOs to support efficient sales execution

Generate timely sales orders using Oracle to avoid delivery delays

Handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure high satisfaction levels

Monitor stock levels and share accurate reports with management
-
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure on-time deliveries

Support internal stakeholders and principals with reports and data
-
Handle customer inquiries via phone and ensure prompt responses

Assist the field force team with orders, reporting, and sales support
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Finance or Accounting field preferred)

Minimum 1 year of experience
