Cutting List Expert(K&W)

Position: Cutting List Expert – Kitchen & Wardrobe

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cutting lists in millimeters (mm) for kitchen and wardrobe projects
• Interpret design drawings, layouts, and shop drawings
• Calculate material requirements (boards, hardware, accessories, etc.)
• Optimize sheet usage to minimize wastage and control cost
• Coordinate with production / factory team for execution
• Verify measurements, sizes, and technical details before manufacturing
• Maintain accuracy in dimensions, edge banding, finishes, and fittings
• Work closely with designers, draftsmen, and site teams
• Ensure cutting data aligns with machinery / CNC requirements
• Revise cutting lists when design modifications occur

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in cutting list preparation for modular kitchens & wardrobes
• Excellent understanding of cabinetry materials and hardware
• High accuracy in calculations and measurements
• Ability to read technical drawings confidently
• Experience with relevant software / optimization tools (if applicable)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
