Cutting List Master

Job description:

Company: Oak Wood Carpentry
Location: Umm Al Quwain, UAE

Experience: 8–10 years (specialized in joinery, metal, and marble works)
Salary Range: AED 4,000 – 5,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Review approved shop drawings and prepare accurate cutting lists for joinery, metal, and marble components.
• Optimize material usage to minimize waste and reduce production cost.
• Coordinate with draftsmen and production foremen for design clarifications.
• Ensure cutting lists include correct thickness, finishes, edge details, and grain direction.
• Monitor and track material consumption per project and report variances.
• Prepare hardware and accessory quantity take-offs.
• Support procurement by providing detailed material requirement sheets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience.
• In-depth knowledge of joinery production processes and assembly methods.
• Strong command over reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and ERP-based systems for inventory management.
• Analytical mindset and attention to dimensional accuracy.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with precision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
