Job Title: CV Sourcer

Industry: UK-Based Healthcare Recruitment Company

Location: DHA Phase 4, Lahore

Timings: 1 PM to 10 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen CVs from various job boards including Reed, CV Library, and Total-job.

- Identify and attract suitable candidates for healthcare positions in the UK.

- Maintain an organized database of potential candidates.

- Collaborate with recruitment consultants to understand specific job requirements.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality CVs to meet recruitment deadlines.

- Utilize Boolean search techniques to enhance sourcing efficiency.

- Keep abreast of the latest sourcing strategies and tools.

Requirements:

- Up to 1 year of experience in CV sourcing using Reed, CV Library, and Total-job.

- Strong understanding of the healthcare recruitment process.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
