CV Sourcing Specialist (UK Recruitment)

Job Description:

We are a UK based recruitment company located in DHA phase 4 Lahore

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 1 PM to 10 PM
Location: DHA Phase 4 Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand the specific staffing needs and requirements for various healthcare positions.

· Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, healthcare professional networks, and direct sourcing, to identify and attract qualified candidates.

· Conduct initial candidate assessments, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

· Maintain a database of potential candidates and stay up-to-date with healthcare industry trends and news.

· Assist in the development of creative sourcing strategies and branding initiatives to attract top healthcare talent.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to create a robust talent pipeline.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Sourcer in the healthcare industry or a related field.

· Understanding of healthcare job roles and requirements.

· Familiarity with healthcare professional networks and industry-specific sourcing methods.

· Strong organizational and time management abilities.

· Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
