CVM Proposition Senior Analyst.Fintech and Mobile Wallet

Job Purpose

• Create CVM Offering platform to achieve the CVM engaged base target by developing new proposition for e&Money and e&Neo
• Increase e&Money wallet penetration
• Analyzing and reporting all CVM activities and its results regularly to keep an eye on any gaps/opportunities
• Develop the customer segmentation, utilizing data mining & big data models to achieve the main KPIs. i.e. penetration & engagement
• work cross functionally with other teams to launch new CVM activities, ensuring optimum customer experience

Job Responsibilities

• Manage CVM activities through monitoring daily, weekly and monthly performance to ensure meeting the set targets
• Perform in-depth analysis to be able to create new propositions and capitalize on opportunity, and optimizing risks and gaps
• Analyze and Review daily and monthly reports on the CVM Activities to ensure meeting KPIs
• Constantly improving existing Offers & projects by leveraging on key insights and advanced analytics
• Develop new CVM propositions that adheres to CVM strategy. This involves identifying target segment & doing opportunity sizing and propose communication plan
• Conduct an overall communication campaigns using different communication channels

QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

 bachelor's degree in commerce or Marketing or Business Administration
