CX Alloy Coordinator

The CX Alloy Administrator role would be responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance,
and optimization of the CX Alloy software through the data center project lifecycle. This role should
support AP’s QAQC and CX commissioning teams, project management, trade partners and owners by
managing workflows, issue tracking, reporting, documentation, and integrations with Procore to ensure
quality, compliance, and project delivery objectives.

Key Responsibilities
CX Alloy Platform Administration
  • Administer and maintain the CX Alloy platform for QAQC-CX activities levels 1-5.
  • Create and manage user accounts, permissions and access controls.
  • Establish and maintain workflows for commissioning processes, testing, issue management, and
turnover documentation.
  • Support project teams with platform training, navigation, troubleshooting, and best practices.
QAQC/CX Document Management
  • Upload, organize, and manage commissioning documentation including:
o Functional Performance Tests (FPTs)
o Integrated Systems Tests (ISTs)
o Pre-functional Checklists (PFCs)
o Energization/Startup Reports
o Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs)
o Factory Witness Testing (FWTs)
o Quality Site Acceptance Tests (SATs)
o O&M Documentation for turnover at Applied Digital requested or contract dates
  • Ensure documentation aligns with commissioning procedures.
  • Track document status, approvals, revisions, and closeout requirements.
Deficiency, Observation, and Issue Management
  • Manage commissioning issues, deficiencies, observations, and punch items within CX Alloy.
  • Coordinate issue assignment, escalation, tracking, and closure.
  • Monitor issue aging and provide regular status updates to project stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper documentation of corrective actions and verification of resolution.
  • Maintain traceability between deficiencies, testing activities, and final acceptance criteria.
Procore Administration & Coordination
  • Administer and support Procore observations, issues, and quality workflows.
  • Coordinate data synchronization and reporting between CX Alloy and Procore platforms.
  • Monitor and manage:
o Observations
o Quality Issues
o RFIs related to commissioning activities
o Closeout Items
  • Collaborate with construction teams to ensure observations and issues are accurately
documented and resolved.
  • Maintain consistency between commissioning records and construction quality records.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Develop and distribute commissioning dashboards and reports.
  • Generate reports related to:
o Open deficiencies
o Issue aging
o Test completion status
o System readiness
o Turnover progress and percentage
o Contractor performance metrics
  • Provide weekly and monthly commissioning status reports.
  • Support QAQC-CX Executive-Level reporting and KPI tracking.
Data Quality & Governance
  • Ensure naming conventions, asset tagging, and project standards are consistently followed.
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies.
Stakeholder Support & Training
  • Serve as the primary CX Alloy subject matter expert for project teams.
  • Train commissioning agents, contractors, vendors, and project personnel on system usage.
  • Develop user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and user assistance.
Turnover & Closeout Support
  • Support project turnover activities and owner handover requirements.
  • Verify completion of commissioning documentation and quality issue resolution.
  • Ensure all systems and assets have complete testing and documentation records.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience administering CX Alloy.
  • Experience with Procore administration and reporting.
  • Knowledge of data center commissioning processes and MEP systems.
  • Familiarity with commissioning standards such as:
o ASHRAE Guideline 0
o ASHRAE Guideline 1.1
  • Experience with issue management, quality assurance, and project controls.
  • Advanced reporting skills using Excel, Power BI, or similar software/applications.
  • Strong organizational, communication and time management skills.
