Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a CX Business Development Director. The role involves leading new business development efforts, planning business strategies, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and managing accounts. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new market opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, creating and executing business plans, and driving customer success to ensure long-term growth and satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Skills in New Business Development and Business Planning
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Account Management
  • Expertise in Contract Negotiation
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Prior experience in customer experience or similar fields is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
