We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.
Military service members and veterans with ranks from E5-E9, W1-CW5, or O3-O6, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary
Reports to the Manager CX Business Technology. Leads, coordinates, and provides oversight for a functional area for the CX Business Technology. Coordinates with internal stakeholders and vendors to develop and execute comprehensive plans to successfully deploy technology focused enhancements. Able to work within the IT product model to help implement technology project plans for each product's roadmap. Evaluates business and technology process and results, including the review and approval for vendor work plans, status reports, analytics, and deliverables. Ensures work prioritization is aligned with business goals and organization goals.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
7-8+ years of significant relevant experience including Customer Service, Billing, and knowledge of Distribution systems.
- Experience in project management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills across multiple business units.
- Ability to work and develop rapport with all levels of management and staff.
- Ability to represent the project and the company in public forums.
- Strong team building skills.
- Negotiating skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of Customer Service (contact center, billing, payment, credit, and collections processes); SAP (CORE), billing system; company policies and procedures.
Education Requirements
Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
Bachelor
Preferred Disciplines: Business Administration
