At Miral Experiences , we believe that every detail contributes to delivering unforgettable moments. We are looking for a CX Catering Manager (Chef Experience) to lead our cafeteria operations, ensuring exceptional culinary standards, efficient contract management, and a high-performing team.

This role is all-inclusive, and you may be required at times to perform other duties to support the needs of the business.


Key Responsibilities

Team Management

  • Train, supervise, and mentor Miral team members.
  • Actively drive performance management and employee engagement.
  • Build a culture of professionalism, service excellence, and teamwork.

Operational Management

  • Ensure menu quality and quantity align with 3rd party supplier agreements.
  • Monitor food costs, waste, and contract value accuracy.
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Lead by example with professionalism and customer service.

Contract Management

  • Oversee contract terms, conditions, and KPIs.
  • Manage contract expiry and renewal timelines.
  • Drive supplier efficiency and ensure cross-charges meet industry standards.
  • Ensure timely invoice reviews and payments.

Budget & Profitability

  • Develop and manage catering budgets.
  • Track and analyze financial performance, reporting on key metrics.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Culinary Degree (or equivalent).
  • Food Safety & Hygiene Certification Level 3 or higher.
  • Strong HACCP and allergen knowledge.
  • IT literacy in catering software, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools.
  • 5–10 years’ experience in large-scale or high-volume catering environments.


Essential Skills

  • Strong culinary background with formal training.
  • Proven experience in banqueting, catering, or large-scale events.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Financial acumen for budget and cost control.
  • Creative and adaptable in menu development and problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
