We are seeking a highly skilled CX Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-driven projects within our dynamic contact center environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining project goals, developing detailed plans and timelines, managing resources, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and stakeholders. You will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing Contact Center technology solutions, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement through data analysis.
Responsibilities:
• Defining project goals and objectives.
• Developing detailed project plans and timelines.
• Managing resources and allocating tasks effectively.
• Implementing and optimizing Contact Center technology solutions.
• Monitoring project progress and performance metrics.
• Identifying and mitigating potential project risks.
• Ensuring adherence to Contact Center policies and procedures.
• Facilitating communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• Analyzing operational data to drive improvements.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a Contact Center environment.
• Strong understanding of Contact Center operations, technology (e.g., IVR, CRM), and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• PMP & COPC certification are highly preferred.
