Job description:
Love2Laundry is a leading tech-enabled laundry and dry-cleaning service. We are looking for a sharp, empathetic, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Lahore operations. You will be the bridge between our customers and our service partners to ensure a seamless service experience.
Preference: Female candidates with experience in the customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Case Management: Handle customer inquiries and claims regarding garment care via email, phone, and chat.
Dispute Resolution: Investigate claims (such as damaged or lost items) by communicating with service partners to verify if care labels were followed.
Logistics Coordination: Manage the return of items and documentation between the warehouse, the lab, and the customer.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of all claims and resolutions in our CRM system.
Requirements & Skills
Exceptional English: Must have near-native written and spoken English skills (essential for dealing with UK-based clientele).
Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze a situation (e.g., identifying moth damage vs. cleaning errors) and provide a logical solution.
Resilience: High emotional intelligence to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism.
Experience: 1–2 years in a premium BPO or international customer service role is preferred.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, Microsoft Outlook, and Slack.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
