CX Trainer( must live in FL)

Overview

The CX Trainer will design, coordinate, and deliver training programs that improve employee performance and enhance the customer experience. This role requires expertise in learning development, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt training methods to meet business needs. The position supports consistent, high-quality learning outcomes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and provide feedback to participants and managers.
• Track and document participant progress, attendance, and performance.
• Create and update training materials, manuals, and curriculum content aligned with company objectives.
• Manage learning schedules and maintain training records.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Support performance improvement by coaching and mentoring employees.
• Maintain a positive and organized learning environment, escalating issues when necessary.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of training or leadership experience.
• Prior experience in customer service or technical operations preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with training tools, technology, and learning management systems.
• Ability to identify learning needs, adapt content, and measure results.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse learners.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
