Cyber Security Advisor

Lead incident response activities as needed, assisting in the prompt resolution and mitigation of security incidents.

Designs, implements, and supports SailPoint (ISC/IIQ) solutions that meet security, compliance, and business requirements.
Delivers stable integrations with target applications, ensuring accurate identity lifecycle management (joiner, mover, leaver).
Proactively identifies and resolves defects, performance issues, and data quality problems with minimal operational impact.
Effectively supports access certifications, provisioning workflows, and policy enforcement, meeting audit and SOX timelines.
Collaborates closely with security, application owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Follows IAM best practices, documentation standards, and change management processes.
Continuously improves the platform by automating manual tasks, optimizing rules/workflows, and adopting new SailPoint features.
Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and a security-first mindset while responding quickly to incidents and escalations.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. Five (5) years of experience in IT information security.

Minimum Experience

Six (6) years’ experience in a minimum of four (4) of the following areas: Business continuity and disaster recovery, network forensics, security and risk frameworks, endpoint security, information systems auditing, vendor risk assessment, cyber risk assessment, network intrusion detection/prevention, identity and access management, IT lifecycle management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong technical, consulting, and project management skills.

Ability to communicate technical subject matter effectively to multiple organizational layers.
