Robert Half's client in Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst for a 6 month contract. The Cybersecurity Analyst safeguards the systems, networks, and data against evolving cyber threats. As a key player in the cybersecurity defense, you will identify vulnerabilities, implement robust security measures, and respond effectively to security incidents. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Monitor, detect, and analyze potential security threats in real time.

Conduct forensic investigations and develop remediation strategies for security breaches.

Launch incident response protocols in the event of a security compromise.

Document and continuously update security processes to align with industry standards.

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of security controls and protocols.

Enforce security policies and best practices across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO 2700).

Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), Microsoft 365, and endpoint protection solutions.

Familiarity with forensic analysis, malware analysis, and incident response frameworks.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker, CISSP) are a plus but not required.
