Responsibilities
Summary of Job Profile:
Lead and manage the cybersecurity business unit with P&L responsibility integrating technical excellence with commercial success. Responsible for driving cybersecurity strategy, operations, project delivery, revenue growth, and client satisfaction, while managing teams and stakeholder relationships.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Own end-to-end cybersecurity business operations, balancing technical delivery with commercial objectives.

Take full responsibility for the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the Cybersecurity Business Unit, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.

Develop and execute cybersecurity strategy aligned with market demands and company goals.

Build CS teams in close consultation with HR

Lead, mentor, and manage cybersecurity technical teams and commercial staff.

Oversee client engagements, proposals, and contract negotiations to drive revenue growth.

Ensure delivery of high-quality cybersecurity solutions and services to clients.

Collaborate closely with Sales and Account Managers to identify opportunities, qualify requirements, and prepare winning proposals.

Manage OEM and distributor engagements including deal registration, pricing, and solution positioning.

Develop innovative and out-of-the-box solution designs addressing customer requirements.

Build strong relationships with OEMs and distributors.

Work cohesively with internal Central Account Management, Strategy/Partnerships, PMO, and Operations teams for solution alignment and customer strategy.

Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and finance teams to optimize business outcomes.

Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability of the business unit.

Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and customers.

Monitor cybersecurity market trends, emerging threats, and regulatory changes to advise leadership and clients.

Drive innovation in cybersecurity offerings and operational efficiencies.

Innovation & Intellectual Property Development
-
Lead the innovation agenda for the Cybersecurity unit by identifying market gaps and creating opportunities for in-house product accelerators, automation tools, dashboards, and proprietary cybersecurity methodologies.

Champion the development of Arwen’s own intellectual property (IP) by building repeatable, scalable offerings such as security automation scripts, SOC playbooks, niche security tools, managed service frameworks, and packaged advisory services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven security analytics, workflow automation, and smart dashboards into current and future MSSP/SOC service offerings.

Establish an innovation-driven culture within the Cyber team, promoting experimentation, ideation, POCs, and continuous enhancement of internal tools and customer-facing solutions.

Engage with external National Incubation Centers (NICs) and relevant innovation ecosystems, either through internal teams or direct collaboration to accelerate the development of innovative cybersecurity solutions and proprietary IP.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA’s) required to successfully perform the job:

Deep understanding of end-to-end cybersecurity domains and practices, including Identity & Access Management, Detection & Response (EDR/XDR/NDR), Application Security, Network Security, Data Security & Compliance, Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), Cloud Security, and Security Operations (SOC, SIEM, SOAR). Strong grasp of professional services such as SOC maturity & transformation assessments, VAPT, configuration hardening, Audit assessment and Testing, and security architecture reviews and ZeroTrust.

Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).

Strong commercial acumen including contract management, budgeting, and pricing strategies.

Awareness of cybersecurity threat landscape and risk management methodologies.

Knowledge of business development and sales processes related to cybersecurity services.

Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification Required For The Position

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required.
-
A Master’s degree or MBA with focus on cybersecurity or business management is preferred.
-
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Minimum of 10-15 years’ experience in cybersecurity, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
