Job Title: Cybersecurity Trainer (Classroom Training)Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and dynamic Cybersecurity Trainer to deliver impactful classroom-based training sessions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in cybersecurity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners. Candidates with either proven training experience or substantial corporate experience in cybersecurity are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct classroom training sessions on cybersecurity fundamentals, tools, techniques, and best practices.
✅ Develop training materials, presentations, assessments, and hands-on lab activities.
✅ Explain complex cybersecurity concepts in simple, engaging, and relatable ways.
✅ Prepare students for entry-level to advanced cybersecurity roles and certifications.
✅ Adapt teaching methods to suit learners’ proficiency levels.
✅ Track learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and support skill improvement.
✅ Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends, cyber threats, tools, and security protocols.
✅ Participate in curriculum enhancement and training program improvement.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

✔ Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
✔ Minimum 2 years of training experience OR 3+ years of corporate experience in the cybersecurity domain (even without prior training background).
✔ Strong grasp of cybersecurity fundamentals (network security, ethical hacking, malware analysis, SIEM, endpoint security, etc.).
✔ Proficiency in regional languages will be an added advantage.
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✔ Willingness to travel for classroom training sessions as required.
✔ Ability to engage, guide, and motivate learners in a classroom setting.

Preferred / Added Advantage:

✨ Global certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM, CySA+, CCSP, CHFI, etc.
✨ Prior classroom or instructor-led training delivery experience.
✨ Experience in conducting practical lab sessions or cybersecurity workshops.
