Cyber Security Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Cyber Security Engineer to protect our systems, networks, and data from potential threats. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing security measures, monitoring vulnerabilities, and ensuring a secure IT environment, with a strong focus on cloud security.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage security systems and solutions
• Monitor networks and systems for security breaches and vulnerabilities
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
• Implement and manage firewalls and IDS/IPS systems
• Perform security audits, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments
• Respond to security incidents and ensure timely resolution
• Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and best practices
• Collaborate with IT teams to secure infrastructure and applications
• Manage and secure cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Stay updated with the latest cyber security trends and threats

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in cyber security or related roles
• Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, VPNs, and encryption
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, antivirus, etc.)
• Understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux)
• Experience with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing
• Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred / Good to Have

• Certifications like CEH, CISSP, Security+
• Experience in cloud security architecture and best practices
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices

Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Work Location: In person
