Cyber Security Expert

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Expert to protect our organization’s systems, networks, and data from cyber threats. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities, implementing security controls, monitoring security events, and responding to incidents while ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cyber security strategies, policies, and controls
• Monitor networks, systems, and applications for security threats and anomalies
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk assessments
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, breaches, and alerts
• Ensure security of cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
• Implement and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, and SIEM solutions
• Perform security audits and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, and local regulations
• Review application and infrastructure security architecture

Required Skills & Competencies

• Experience with vulnerability scanning tools (Nessus, Qualys, OpenVAS, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, Azure Sentinel, etc.)
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10, web application security, and secure coding principles
• Experience in incident response, digital forensics, and threat analysis
• Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to document findings and communicate risks clearly to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in cyber security or information security roles
• Relevant certifications are highly preferred:
• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
• CISSP / CISM
• CompTIA Security+
• ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Auditor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
