The Role:

  • The Technology Solutions Practice Lead drives a disciplined program of cybersecurity services and offers development.
  • The Lead understands the constantly changing cyber marketplace, identifies solution opportunities, and leads to the development of compelling offerings from business cases through to operations and market readiness.
  • In this highly collaborative role, you will bring together diverse functions such as architecture and engineering, security operations, finance, vendor management, and marketing, to establish a differentiated market position and accelerate time to revenue.
  • Your deep cybersecurity and technical experience are balanced by a strong business acumen enabling effective engagement at all stages of the solution development lifecycle.
Responsibilities include:
o Works collaboratively with colleagues to define, prioritize, and build offerings.
o Accelerates operations, market, and sales readiness for new offerings and manages product development lifecycle.
o Engages key cross-functional stakeholders for most effective packaging and positioning.
o Acts as key market evangelist for solutions – events, whitepapers, blogs etc.
o Supports the sales and proposal process – education, presentations, content development etc.
o Good domain expertise for developing security solution architecture
o Supports technology vendor engagement and strategy.
o Drives and refine product/service improvements informed by client and sales team feedback
Your future duties and responsibilities
  • Works collaboratively with colleagues to define, prioritize, and build offerings.
  • Accelerates operations, market, and sales readiness for new offerings and manages product development lifecycle.
  • Engages key cross-functional stakeholders for most effective packaging and positioning.
  • Acts as key market evangelist for solutions – events, whitepapers, blogs etc.
  • Supports the sales and proposal process – education, presentations, content development etc.
  • Supports technology vendor engagement and strategy.
  • Drives and refine product improvements informed by client and sales team feedback
  • Establishes Portfolio KPI's to measure success
  • Translate business, industry, and regulatory requirements into information security objectives and associated tactical/strategic information security initiatives.
  • Develops and provides appropriate guidance on solutions to mitigate risks and enhance system security
  • Working experience in any of the compliance programs (PCI DSS, HIPPA,ISO 27001,SOC2, SOX,NIST,FISMA, COBIT).
  • Review, implementation and/or remediation relating to regulatory reporting and associated governance and control frameworks
  • Working knowledge on endpoint security technologies like, EDR, XDR, DLP, Vulnerability Management & Email Security.
  • Hands on experience in tools like CrowdStrike / Sentinel One /MS Defender /Tenable/Qualys/ Proofpoint / EOP (in any 3 tools)
  • Understanding security by design principles and architecture level security concepts
  • Knowledge of and experience with related Workstation and Server technologies.
  • Good Knowledge on ITIL, Incident management, Change Management and Problem Management including analysis and response

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
  • First and foremost, an innovative and inquisitive mindset, and a passion to build.
  • Minimum of 9 years of Information security experience.
  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity market and the challenges faced by organizations.
  • Understanding of, and passion for, differentiated packaging, productization, and positioning.
  • Representative balance of business and financial, sales and marketing, and technical acumen.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex risk concepts effectively to senior executives and stakeholders
  • Demonstrates good inter-personal skills, high standards of professional behavior in dealings with business customers, colleagues and staff
