Cyber Security Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day activities of the Security Operations Center (SOC), ensuring 24/7 monitoring, investigation & response

Manage and mentor SOC analysts, ensuring continuous improvement of threat detection and escalation processes

Maintain incident management protocols and ensure timely documentation of all incidents

Oversee daily security operations including incident response and threat management

Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with

Zero Trust architecture

Collaborate with IT, DevOps & business units to embed security across all systems and applications

Evaluate, recommend & deploy advanced security tools to enhance detection & response capabilities

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ISO27001 and other regulatory requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience in cybersecurity operations, SOC management, and incident response

Strong understanding of Zero Trust security models

Familiarity with HIPAA, ISO27001, and other compliance frameworks

Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills

Ability to work cross-functionally with IT and business teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs300,000.00 per month
