Cybersecurity Account manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Cybersecurity Account Manager to lead our client relationships and drive growth in the cybersecurity solutions sector. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their security needs and delivering tailored technology sales solutions. Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with B2B clients, ensuring their cybersecurity needs are met with innovative solutions.
  • Conduct warm calling campaigns to generate new leads and expand existing accounts through proactive outreach.
  • Lead business development initiatives by identifying market opportunities and presenting compelling proposals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including negotiations and contract finalization.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align messaging and promote cybersecurity offerings effectively.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and account activities.
  • Provide technical sales support by explaining complex cybersecurity products and services clearly and confidently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or account management within the cybersecurity or IT sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability in business development and strategic analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships.
  • Ability to conduct warm calling and engage prospects effectively through active outreach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
