Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Cybersecurity Analyst to protect the organization’s systems, networks, and data from cyber threats and security breaches. The ideal candidate will monitor security systems, identify vulnerabilities, investigate incidents, and implement security measures to ensure a secure IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor networks and systems for security threats and suspicious activities.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and security audits.
• Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents in a timely manner.
• Implement and maintain firewalls, antivirus tools, and intrusion detection systems.
• Analyze security logs and generate incident reports.
• Assist in developing and enforcing security policies and procedures.
• Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulations.
• Educate employees on security awareness and best practices.
• Collaborate with IT teams to strengthen overall system security.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with SIEM tools, firewalls, endpoint security, and threat analysis.
• Knowledge of network security concepts, protocols, and risk management.
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle security incidents efficiently.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or related credentials.
• Experience with penetration testing and vulnerability management tools.
• Knowledge of cloud security and security frameworks.
• Basic scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) is an advantage.
