Support the Information Security function in ensuring secure, compliant, and well-governed operations across the organization’s Data and AI platform ecosystem.
The role focuses on security monitoring, access governance, vulnerability management, and supporting compliance with the Information Security Regulation (ISR) and internal security standards.
- Monitor security alerts and system logs across the data platform and supporting infrastructure.
- Support investigation of suspicious activities and assist in incident response coordination.
- Work with platform teams to ensure continuous visibility across systems.
- Support vulnerability scanning and remediation tracking.
- Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure timely patching.
- Maintain vulnerability tracking and reporting for security governance.
- Support periodic access reviews across applications and data platforms.
- Ensure role-based access control (RBAC) principles are implemented.
- Identify excessive or unauthorized access and escalate as required.
- Support compliance activities aligned with ISR and internal security policies.
- Assist in preparation of audit evidence and documentation.
- Support risk identification and tracking of mitigation actions.
- Support secure integration between systems and data platforms.
- Ensure sensitive datasets follow classification and access control policies.
- Assist in protecting data pipelines and processing environments.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
- Knowledge of vulnerability management concepts.
- Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM).
- Basic understanding of monitoring or observability tools.
- Understanding of data platform security concepts is an advantage.
Candidates should demonstrate awareness of:
- Security policies and control frameworks
- Risk management practices
- Audit evidence and documentation requirements
Knowledge of ISR, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years experience in cybersecurity, SOC, or security operations.
