Cybersecurity Engineer

• Lead and execute migration from Broadcom Proxy (Blue Coat/Symantec) to Netskope Secure Web Gateway
• Engineer and deploy proxy policies in Netskope SWG
• Partner with application teams to understand traffic flows and security requirements
• Troubleshoot user and non-user traffic issues during migration
• Build and implement secure web gateway policies
• Support and resolve proxy-related incidents
• Document configurations, processes, and migration steps
• Manage multiple concurrent migrations under timeline pressure
• Provide technical guidance to business and application stakeholders

• 3 5+ years of hands-on experience with: Broadcom Proxy (Blue Coat / Symantec Proxy), Netskope Secure Web Gateway (SWG)
• Proven migration experience between proxy platforms (Broadcom to Netskope strongly preferred)
• Experience deploying and engineering proxy policies
• Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
• Experience working with both operations and engineering functions
• Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical audiences)
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
