We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer who will take ownership of our security architecture and risk management strategy. You will play a critical role in protecting our infrastructure, applications, and data while enabling innovation across our engineering teams.

You will work closely with DevOps, engineering, and leadership to ensure our systems remain resilient against evolving threats. This is a hands on role where you will lead security initiatives, influence best practices, and strengthen our overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities

Security Architecture Ownership
Design and implement secure system architectures across cloud and on premise environments

Threat Monitoring and Incident Response
Monitor systems for threats, respond to incidents, and lead root cause analysis

Vulnerability Management
Conduct regular security assessments and penetration testing coordination

Compliance and Governance
Ensure alignment with security standards such as ISO 27001 and industry best practices

Security Automation
Implement tools and processes to automate detection, response, and reporting

Cross Functional Collaboration
Work with engineering and DevOps teams to integrate security into development workflows

What We Are Looking For

Experience
5 plus years in cybersecurity engineering or information security roles

Technical Expertise
Strong knowledge of network security cloud security and endpoint protection
Experience with SIEM tools firewalls IDS IPS and security monitoring platforms

Certifications
CISSP CEH CISM or equivalent certifications are preferred

Cloud Knowledge
Hands on experience with AWS or Azure security tools and configurations

Mindset
Analytical and proactive with a strong focus on risk mitigation and continuous improvement

Communication Skills
Ability to clearly explain security risks and solutions to technical and non technical stakeholders

Pay: QAR18,000.00 - QAR27,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
