Network Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our organization’s network infrastructure. This role ensures reliable connectivity, optimal performance, and security across all systems and locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN)
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability
• Troubleshoot network issues and implement timely solutions
• Manage routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices
• Ensure network security through proper configuration and monitoring
• Perform network upgrades, patches, and system improvements
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configurations
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and service providers
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal users

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 2–5 years of experience in network engineering or administration
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Experience with network hardware (Cisco, Juniper, or similar)
• Familiarity with firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and network security
• Experience with monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Pay: QAR27,000.00 per month
