We are seeking a highly experienced Cybersecurity Engineer with 7–10 years of hands-on experience in information security, data protection, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safeguarding organizational data, ensuring compliance with international security standards, and implementing robust cybersecurity frameworks across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise-level security architecture
• Lead data protection initiatives including encryption, DLP, and secure data lifecycle management
• Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2, PCI-DSS (as applicable)
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analysis, and penetration testing coordination
• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
• Monitor SIEM tools and respond to security incidents
• Lead internal and external security audits
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Compliance teams for regulatory alignment
• Implement endpoint, network, and cloud security controls
• Prepare compliance reports and executive-level security briefings
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 7–10 years of proven experience in cybersecurity and compliance roles
• Strong knowledge of data protection laws and regulatory frameworks
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, DLP, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint security tools
• Experience in cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
• Strong analytical and incident response skills
