This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role requiring deep expertise in identity principles, security protocols, and best practices—along with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and continuous improvement. Participation in an on-call rotation and occasional after-hours or weekend support is required to ensure operational excellence.

  • Identity Solution Implementation & Optimization – Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of identity security solutions across the organization, ensuring performance, scalability, and resilience.

  • Strategic Roadmap Contribution – Evaluate existing tools, recommend improvements, and contribute to the development of the identity security roadmap.
  • Operational Excellence & Escalation – Adhere to IT processes and governance standards, proactively escalate issues when necessary, and ensure effective communication across stakeholders.
  • Knowledge Sharing & Continuous Learning – Stay current on emerging threats, technologies, and identity trends while actively sharing expertise with fellow engineers.
  • Client-Centered Service Delivery – Support multiple concurrent initiatives while delivering a high-touch, responsive service experience to internal stakeholders.
  • On-Call Support & Flexibility – Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours or weekend support as needed to maintain secure and reliable systems.

What You’ll Bring

  • Education – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience – 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) applications and support.
  • Identity & Security Expertise – Deep understanding of identity principles, security frameworks, and best practices, with experience implementing and supporting Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency – Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; service and change management platforms; PAM solutions such as Delinea or CyberArk; password management tools such as LastPass or OnePassword; and IGA solutions such as Veza or SailPoint. Familiarity with Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, and CrowdStrike is preferred.
  • Certifications (Preferred) – Relevant industry certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Security+.
  • Communication & Collaboration – Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across technical and business audiences.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking – Strong business acumen with demonstrated strengths in problem-solving, project coordination, multi-tasking, and delivering thoughtful, customer-informed solutions.
