Domain Expertise: Cybersecurity (minimum 5 years)
Role Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Cybersecurity Sales Leads to drive TCS’s Cybersecurity business across the India market. The role involves owning customer relationships, generating new opportunities, and positioning TCS as a trusted cybersecurity partner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity solutions and services sales, with a proven track record of achieving growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Drive cybersecurity sales strategy in the assigned region/industry verticals.
- Business Development: Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities for TCS Cybersecurity portfolio, including Managed Security Services, SOC, Red Teaming, Compliance, OT Security, and Cloud Security.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, CISOs, and senior IT stakeholders to position TCS as their strategic cybersecurity partner.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Work closely with delivery, presales, and solution teams to create winning proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
- Market Insights: Analyze industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape to create customized value propositions.
- Partner Ecosystem Leverage: Collaborate with leading cybersecurity OEMs and alliance partners to create joint GTM strategies.
- Revenue & Pipeline Management: Meet and exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets and maintain a healthy sales funnel.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience: 10 – 12 years in IT, with at least 5 years in Cybersecurity Sales across services or solutions would be preferred.
- Strong Network: Established relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and security decision-makers in India.
- Solution Expertise: Familiarity with cyber solutions such as SOC, SIEM, SOAR, Threat Intelligence, Cloud Security, Identity & Access Management, GRC, and OT Security.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets a nd managing large deals.
- Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent; MBA preferred.
