Cybersecurity Sales Specialist - Saudi Arabia

About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing, bilingual Sales Specialist to drive enterprise software/ cybersecurity/Microsoft License sales across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region. This role is aligned with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 digital transformation agenda, supporting businesses as they modernize their operations through technology.

The ideal candidate is a Saudi national with a consultative selling approach, deep understanding of the local business culture, and a proven record of closing enterprise software deals with semi-government bodies, and private sector organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within Saudi Arabia, with a focus on but not

limited to healthcare, retail, real estate, contracting and manufacturing sectors.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery workshops, product

demonstrations, proposal writing, negotiation, and contract closure.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives, IT directors, and procurement

teams in both public and private sector organisations.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Develop proposals, tailored to client needs and Saudi regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with presales consultants, implementation engineers, and customer success teams

for seamless deal handover.

  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline records, activity logs, and sales forecasts on a weekly basis.


Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a

related field from a recognised Saudi or international university.

  • MBA or professional sales certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified, SAP Sales, HubSpot) are a

strong advantage.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of proven B2B enterprise software sales experience, with a focus on ERP/CRM /

Microsoft licenses/ Cybersecurity platforms.

  • Demonstrated history of achieving sales quotas in enterprise software deals.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more platforms: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo,

or Oracle NetSuite.

  • Hands-on experience with any one CRM platforms: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or

Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

  • Familiarity with Saudi government procurement portals (Etimad, Maroof) and tendering

processes.

Skills & Competencies

  • Native Arabic with professional English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Strong consultative and value-based selling skills; ability to translate technical product features

into business outcomes.

  • Culturally adept with a deep understanding of relationship-driven business norms in Saudi

Arabia.

  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills; confident presenting to senior leadership and

government stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with strong pipeline discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Valid Saudi driving licence is required.
