Job Summary

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Cycle Delivery Staff to join our delivery team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for delivering packages on time using a bicycle while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver orders to customers within assigned areas.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of items.
• Follow delivery routes and traffic regulations.
• Maintain the bicycle and delivery equipment in good condition.
• Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse teams.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Report delivery issues, delays, or accidents immediately.

Requirements

• Previous delivery experience is preferred.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Knowledge of Dubai roads and locations is an advantage.

Work Location: In person
