QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a  "Foreign Trade Specialist" for our Foreign Trade Department 

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of experience in Foreign Trade operations (import&export)                     
• Advanced level in written and spoken English                                       
• Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and sales oriented
• Effective Team-Working Skills 
• Good command of MS Office applications
• No military obligation.
• No restrictions to travel (domestic or abroad).

Job Definition

• Executing export/import sales and operations,
• Maintaing communication between the company and the costumer,
• Following the operational processes of customer orders, ensuring the products are sent to the customer accurately and on time,
• Representing our company by attending international exhibitions both as an exhibitor and/or visitor,
• Following up – sales and after sales process,
• Carrying out market researches for potential customers and new opportunities,
• Having knowledge of import transactions, payment, customs clearance and logistics,
• Following and controlling invoices, customs and other legal documents,
• Dealing with the customers for any operational concern when needed,
• Reporting to the Foreign Trade Manager on current activities, plans and strategies,
