We are looking for a talented D365 CRM Developer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and implementing CRM solutions that align with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize solutions in Dynamics 365 CRM (CE)
- Develop plugins, custom workflows, and business process flows
- Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles
- Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Work with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) for process automation
- Write and maintain code using C#, .NET, and JavaScript
- Perform debugging, testing, and performance tuning
- Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver solutions
- Manage solution deployments and version control
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) development
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Web APIs
- Hands-on experience with plugins, workflows, and customizations
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate)
- Good understanding of Dataverse and CRM architecture
- Experience in system integrations and API development
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure integrations (Logic Apps, Azure Functions) is a plus
- Familiarity with Power BI is a plus
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
