D365 CRM Developer

We are looking for a talented D365 CRM Developer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and implementing CRM solutions that align with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize solutions in Dynamics 365 CRM (CE)
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, and business process flows
• Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles
• Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Work with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) for process automation
• Write and maintain code using C#, .NET, and JavaScript
• Perform debugging, testing, and performance tuning
• Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver solutions
• Manage solution deployments and version control

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) development
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Web APIs
• Hands-on experience with plugins, workflows, and customizations
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate)
• Good understanding of Dataverse and CRM architecture
• Experience in system integrations and API development

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure integrations (Logic Apps, Azure Functions) is a plus
• Familiarity with Power BI is a plus
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
