D365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant

Techno-Functional D365 CRM consultant is responsible to bridge the gap and have strong blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to help design, implement, customize, and support CRM solutions that meet business requirements and to work closely with business users and technical teams to deliver end-to-end CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement and improve business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into CRM solutions.
• Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
• Develop and deploy custom workflows, business rules, plugins, and JavaScript to extend CRM functionality.
• Design and implement data migration strategies using tools like SSIS, Kingsway Soft, or Data Import Wizard.
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems and applications via APIs, Power Automate, or Azure services.
• Perform system administration tasks such as security role setup, user management, and environment configuration.
• Conduct unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business users to deliver CRM projects on time and within budget.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 features and best practices.

Requirements:

• Must possess 3–6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) .
• Should have Strong functional knowledge in one or more modules: Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service .
• Must have hands on Experience in using Power Automate , Dataverse , and Power Apps .
• Able to understand of CRM architecture, security roles, and solution layering.
• Must have Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Hands on Experience with data import/export and integration basics (e.g., using Kingsway Soft or Power Automate).
• Ability to write clear functional documentation (BRDs, FDDs).
