D365 CRM Techno Functional Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer (Techno-Functional) with strong expertise in on-premise CRM implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on development experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM , along with functional exposure to Retail Banking and Financial Services automation projects.

This role requires a balance of technical development capabilities and functional understanding to support business-critical CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize solutions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (On-Premise)
• Develop plugins, workflows, custom workflows, and integrations using .NET
• Integrate CRM with external systems via REST and SOAP web services
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Support automation of loan and credit card processing systems for Retail Banking
• Troubleshoot production incidents and deliver timely solutions with minimal supervision
• Work closely with business and IT stakeholders for solution delivery
• Develop and deploy SSIS packages and SSRS reports (preferred)
• Participate in solution design, documentation, and deployment activities

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT (16 years of education)
• 6+ years of experience in .NET development and CRM customizations
• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (On-Premise)
• Experience integrating REST and SOAP-based services
• 2+ years of experience in loan and credit card automation within Retail Banking / Financial Institutions
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience in SSIS and SSRS implementation (preferred)
• Microsoft Functional Associate certification (preferred)
