Are you a problem-solver who loves bridging the gap between business needs and technical excellence? AsappStudio is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing business requirements, configuring robust D365 solutions, and guiding our implementation teams to success.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional D365 configurations.
• Hands-on configuration of entities, workflows, business rules, and security roles within the D365 ecosystem.
• Work closely with the development team to guide customizations and ensures the technical output aligns with business goals.
• Leverage Power Apps and Power Automate to extend D365 capabilities and automate business processes.
• Conduct end-user training, create comprehensive documentation, and provide ongoing support.
• Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing), assist in deployment, and ensure best practices are followed.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 3 to 7 years of proven experience as a D365 Consultant.
• Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of D365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, or Supply Chain).
• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to deconstruct complex business problems and recommend efficient D365 solutions.
• Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to handle client expectations.

Education & Certifications (Preferred):

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, or MB-210) are a huge plus.
