Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance) Functional Consultant

Dynamics 360 is looking for an experienced Senior Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance to support a finance implementation project for a distribution company (approx. 400 employees). The consultant will play a key role in designing and implementing financial processes aligned with IFRS standards and multi-entity accounting structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and configure financial architecture within D365 Finance
• Implement and manage General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash & Bank modules
• Define financial models and reporting structures
• Configure and support multi-entity accounting environments
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards
• Support financial process mapping and system configuration
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business processes with system capabilities
• Participate in testing, validation, and go-live support

Requirements:

• 5+ years of strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
• Expertise in GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash & Bank modules
• Experience in financial architecture design and financial modelling
• Experience working in multi-entity accounting environments
• Good knowledge of IFRS standards
• Prior D365 Finance implementation experience in Germany is highly preferred
• Familiarity with German GAAP is a strong advantage
• English proficiency: B2–C1

Working Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM
