Job Description

We are seeking a Certified Odoo Functional Consultant on a freelance/part-time basis with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation and support. The ideal candidate will work remotely with flexibility while collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver effective Odoo solutions aligned with business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into Odoo functional solutions
• Lead or support Odoo implementations, including configuration and deployment
• Configure and customize modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, and Manufacturing
• Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) and coordinate with technical teams
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure system validation
• Deliver end-user training and maintain documentation (remotely or on-site when required)
• Support data migration, integrations, and system upgrades
• Provide ongoing support and recommend continuous improvements

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• Odoo Functional Certification (mandatory)
• 3–4 years of experience as an Odoo Functional or ERP Consultant
• Strong knowledge of Odoo workflows and best practices
• Experience in client-facing roles and requirement gathering
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Odoo Enterprise and Community editions
• Basic understanding of Odoo technical stack (Python, XML, PostgreSQL)
• Experience in multi-company and multi-location environments
