Business Development Mangaer LPG

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager in the LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) industry drives company growth by identifying new market opportunities, securing industrial and commercial customers, and building strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include expanding market share, managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with logistics/safety teams to optimize distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure that LPG offerings deliver benefits that meet and surpass customer expectations.

· Drive LPG order intake to achieve consistent, profitable growth through effective management of the distributor network.

· Expand sales channels and distributor networks in under penetrated regions to enhance sales coverage and operational efficiency.

· Develop and implement strategic growth plans in target markets to penetrate various LPG segments.

· Conduct market surveys to assess LPG demand and volume potential across different market segments.

· Oversee the bulk and nozzle product disposal processes from the plant to ensure efficiency and compliance.

· Establish and maintain regular communication with local producers and major marketers to align pricing strategies effectively.

· Manage distributor pricing structures and discount policies to optimize market competitiveness.

· Possess comprehensive knowledge of bulk (import) and nozzle (retail sales from the plant) operations.

· Demonstrate expertise in liaising with relevant authorities and regulatory bodies pertinent to the LPG industry.

Job Specifications:

Education: Graduate (Preferably business graduate)

Experience: Minimum 5 - 7 Years in LPG Marketing Business

Skills: MS Office, Strong Sales & Channel Management, Teamwork, Planning and Coordination

Location: Karachi (May require frequent travel to LPG Plant in center and relevant market segment across the country)
