D365 Support Lead
Operational Support & Incident Management

Lead the day-to-day support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Oversee incident, problem, and service request management processes.

Ensure timely resolution of system issues, minimizing business disruption.

Act as an escalation point for critical incidents.
Team Leadership & Coordination

Manage and mentor the D365 support team (internal and external resources).

Allocate support tickets and monitor performance against SLAs.
-
Provide technical and functional guidance to team members.
System Administration & Maintenance

Oversee system monitoring, batch jobs, integrations, and scheduled processes.

Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and audit requirements.
-
Coordinate with Microsoft and implementation partners for escalations.
Stakeholder & Business Engagement
-
Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding system performance and support.
-
Collaborate with functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.) to identify gaps and enhancements.

Support UAT and coordinate release management.
Continuous Improvement & Governance
-
Proactively identify process inefficiencies and propose system enhancements.
-
Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation.
Drive best practices in D365 support, configuration, and usage.
