JOB DESCRIPTION
D365 Support Lead
Operational Support & Incident Management
  • Lead the day-to-day support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Oversee incident, problem, and service request management processes.
  • Ensure timely resolution of system issues, minimizing business disruption.
  • Act as an escalation point for critical incidents.
Team Leadership & Coordination
  • Manage and mentor the D365 support team (internal and external resources).
  • Allocate support tickets and monitor performance against SLAs.
  • Provide technical and functional guidance to team members.
System Administration & Maintenance
  • Oversee system monitoring, batch jobs, integrations, and scheduled processes.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with Microsoft and implementation partners for escalations.
Stakeholder & Business Engagement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding system performance and support.
  • Collaborate with functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.) to identify gaps and enhancements.
  • Support UAT and coordinate release management.
Continuous Improvement & Governance
  • Proactively identify process inefficiencies and propose system enhancements.
  • Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation.
Drive best practices in D365 support, configuration, and usage.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Technical & Functional Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations modules (Finance preferred).
  • Experience with LCS, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate), and integrations.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
  • Familiarity with Azure services and security concepts.
Soft Skills
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to manage priorities under pressure.
