D365 SCM (Supply Chain) Consultant

Position Overview

*FULL TIME/REMOTE (Will require travel to customer site once a month during initial phase)

*Must be a Citizen/Green Card/EAD holder

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant to support the design and implementation of SCM solutions. This role will focus on analyzing client requirements, configuring D365 SCM modules, and aligning technology with business processes to deliver measurable value.

The ideal candidate brings a mix of functional expertise in supply chain management and hands-on Dynamics 365 F&O experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead workshops with clients to gather and document SCM requirements.

· Configure and implement D365 F&O SCM modules (Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Sales & Distribution, Master Planning, etc.).

· Translate business processes into functional system designs.

· Support solution design, fit-gap analysis, and system configuration.

· Collaborate with technical teams to guide customizations, integrations, and data migration.

· Develop functional documentation including process flows, training guides, and test cases.

· Provide user training, support UAT, and ensure adoption of SCM solutions.

· Stay current with Microsoft product updates and recommend improvements.

· Act as a trusted advisor to clients by offering supply chain best practices.
