The Role

The D365 Senior Solutions Architect is responsible for the end-to-end design, integration, and consolidation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across enterprise programs. This role demands deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering scalable, secure, and high-impact business applications. The D365 Senior Solutions Architect will play a pivotal role in the client's and client entities migration program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design, implementation and migration of Dynamics 365 solutions,

• Define and enforce architectural standards, data governance, and security models aligned with Microsoft’s Success by Design framework

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution blueprints.

• Oversee integrations with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third-party systems.

• Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and delivery frameworks

• Support migration squads with technical leadership, especially in resolving dependencies related to D365, backup, and telephony

• Participate in procurement evaluations and onboarding of external D365 resources when needed

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 3 years focused on Dynamics 365.

• Proven expertise in D365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, etc.) and Power Platform.

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and lifecycle services.

• Experience in large-scale government or public sector programs is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Ability to operate independently and manage delivery with minimal technical support

• Strong problem-solving skills and resilience in high-pressure environments.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert (MB-600)

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect (PL-600)
