D365 Technical Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a D365 Technical Consultant with 2–4 years of experience to design and develop APIs and integrations for Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role focuses on enabling seamless data exchange between D365 and external CRM or third-party systems through secure, scalable, and well-documented integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs for Microsoft Dynamics 365 integrations

- Enable data synchronization between D365 and external CRM/third-party applications

- Develop and customize D365 components using plugins, workflows, and Power Automate

- Implement integrations using Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus

- Ensure data security, authentication, and authorization using OAuth and Azure AD

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration, performance, and data consistency issues

- Prepare technical design documents (TDDs) and API documentation

- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements

- Support UAT, deployments, and post-production issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience as a D365 Technical Consultant or Dynamics CRM Developer

- Strong experience in API development and system integrations

- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Web APIs

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization and extensions

- Experience with Azure integration services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus)

- Strong understanding of REST, JSON, OAuth, and authentication mechanisms

- Experience with SQL Server and data migration/integration scenarios

- Familiarity with source control tools such as Git or Azure DevOps

- Good communication and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

- Experience integrating D365 with other CRM or ERP systems

- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)

- Microsoft D365 Technical certification

- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
