D365 Technical Consultant

Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant (Finance and Operations) Notice Period: Immediate joiners to maximum 30 days Senior Technical Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Pure Technical Role) About the Role

We are looking for a Pure Technical D365 F&O Consultant with deep hands-on development experience to join our growing team. You will work closely with business users, technical leads, and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable ERP solutions in a cloud-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business processes and deliver technical solutions for corporate ERP users
• Resolve IT tickets within SLA, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes
• Develop and maintain forms, reports, alerts, workflows, and other technical artifacts in D365 F&O
• Lead technical consulting and identify new technologies to improve business processes
• Participate in system design, configuration, UAT, and go-live activities
• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of D365 F&O and related applications
• Modify existing programs, conduct code reviews, and write new programs following D365 F&O best practices
• Provide technical support for Dynamics AX, including application and database maintenance
• Develop and customize SSRS reports and other reporting solutions
• Troubleshoot and fix system defects and performance issues in Dynamics applications
• Manage MS code deployment using Azure DevOps and LCS
• Lead and manage a team of technical resources (in-house or outsourced)
• Own the full lifecycle from business requirements to final deployment
• Collaborate closely with the Real Estate and Financial Services team to define system specs and configurations
• Develop API integrations using .NET (REST, OData, etc.) when required
• Read, understand, and optimize existing SQL queries written by other developers
• Continuously learn and bring new technical ideas to improve F&O solutions
