The Dairy and Frozen Department Manager oversees all operations within the dairy and frozen departments, ensuring efficient receiving, processing, pricing, merchandising, and quality control of products to drive profitability and customer satisfaction. This role involves training and supervising department staff, maintaining proper inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with all company, health, and safety standards. The manager works closely with store leadership on ordering, advertising, and merchandising plans while monitoring department performance, expenses, and shrink. Strong leadership, customer service, and attention to detail are essential to maintaining well-stocked, clean, and appealing dairy and frozen departments that meet customer needs and support overall store success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
