Dairy Production Worker

Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting in the daily production of dairy products, including milk, yogurt, cheese, and other related items. Ensures that all production processes meet company quality standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor dairy processing equipment such as pasteurizers, homogenizers, filling, and packaging machines.
• Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation of equipment, tools, and work area in compliance with food safety standards.
• Measure and mix ingredients according to established recipes or formulas.
• Inspect products for quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications.
• Record production data, including quantities, time, and materials used.
• Follow all safety and quality assurance procedures during production.
• Assist in cleaning and maintenance activities at the end of production runs.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor immediately.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (diploma in food technology or related field is an advantage).
• Previous experience in dairy or food production preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, GMP).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
• Attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts if required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift moderate weights (up to 25 kg).
• Tolerance to cold environments (in dairy processing areas).
