RS&H seeks a motivated Aviation Project Manager to join our Dallas aviation team. What You'll Do
Lead Projects End-to-End
- Lead, develop, and deliver aviation projects from concept through construction – airfield design, pavement engineering, utilities, terminals, and more
- Oversee production teams, quality assurance, and financial performance
- Focus on innovative design and technical excellence
- Coordinate with airports, airlines, FAA, and stakeholders across North Texas
- Handle construction administration, grant management, and multi-disciplinary coordination
Drive Business Growth
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across the region
- Support business development efforts to expand our Dallas presence
- Contribute to proposal development and capture strategies
- Represent RS&H at regional industry events
Develop Your Career

What We're Looking For
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program
- 8+ years of civil engineering experience, with 5+ years in aviation
- Texas PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Proven ability to lead design teams and manage project delivery
- Strong technical knowledge of aviation design fundamentals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel across North Texas (typically day trips)

- Experience with FAA funding and grant administration
- Background in both design and construction phases
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
