Warehouse Associate – Freezer (Cold Storage)

Pay: starting at $18.00-$21.00 per hour (based on experience) + $2.00 per hour freezer differential
Shift: 6am Start
Location: Irving, TX

The Role
This position works primarily in a freezer environment supporting order fulfillment and inventory operations. Ideal candidates are comfortable working in cold temperatures and enjoy physical, fast-moving work.

• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately in freezer storage
• Receive, stock, and rotate inventory using FIFO practices
• Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently
• Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment as assigned
• Maintain organized storage areas and accurate inventory counts
• Follow all safety procedures and company SOPs
• Work closely with warehouse and office teams to meet daily shipping goals

What You Need

• Ability and willingness to work in sub-zero freezer temperatures for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
• Reliability and strong attention to detail
• Previous warehouse, freezer, food distribution, or cold-storage experience preferred
• Commitment to safety and teamwork in a physical work environment
